Transformation 2026 Artist Residency at Columbia River Maritime Museum
From 2024 to 2026, Columbia River Maritime Museum will undertake multiple, coordinated projects that collectively create a richer, more expansive, interactive, and accessible experience for our visitors, both indoors and outdoors. This once in a generation transformation will result in a world-class cultural and educational experience in rural Clatsop County that will serve both residents and visitors from around the world.
This transformation is an opportunity to explore what it means to grow and change in more depth. Columbia River Maritime Museum seeks an Artist-in-Residence who will interpret the experience of transforming through study of the maritime history, culture, and art of the Columbia River, its tributaries, and the waters of the North Pacific.

This project is funded in part by the Oregon Cultural Trust and Clatsop County Cultural Coalition; The Roundhouse Foundation;
