Columbia River Society (CRS): Museum Members holding the Captain level membership ($1,000) or higher, and who agree to support the Museum at this level of membership for the next 3-5 years become members of the Columbia River Society. CRS Members’ dues provide a solid and ongoing base of support that the Museum can count on for budgeting and planning purposes.

Policy on Charitable Contributions to the Columbia River Maritime Museum:
The Columbia River Maritime Museum (CRMM) accepts charitable contributions in accordance with IRS regulations, including Donor Advised Fund (DAF) Grants and Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs). Contributions made through DAF grants or QCDs from an IRA cannot be accepted for any membership level.
Tax-Deductibility of Membership Dues:
Membership dues at the Navigator level ($500) and above may be considered partially tax-deductible, calculated as the total dues minus the fair market value of any goods or services received as part of the membership. Membership levels below the Navigator level are not considered tax-deductible, in accordance with IRS regulations.
All donors are encouraged to consult with their tax advisor to determine the deductibility of their contributions based on their individual circumstances.
